Clear work. Clear expectations.
This is the operating baseline. Your proposal remains the final source of truth for scope, price, timing and rights.
Every engagement starts with a written scope: deliverables, exclusions, review points, timeline and required client inputs. New requests outside that scope are estimated separately.
Payment timing is agreed before work begins and may vary with project size. Production slots are reserved only after the agreed first payment is received.
Delivery ranges assume feedback and assets arrive on time. Delayed responses can move the production window because active work is scheduled across multiple projects.
Included revision rounds refine the approved direction; they do not restart the brief. A major direction change or new deliverable is scoped as additional work.
Final exports are organized for their intended use. Editable source files are included only when stated in the proposal, because some assets may use licensed components.
Usage rights transfer according to the written agreement after payment. Unless confidentiality is agreed, Valuex may display completed work in its portfolio and channels.
A short handoff window covers delivery defects and file questions. New creative work, content updates and ongoing campaigns can continue through a care plan.
Important note
The exact number is written into each proposal because it depends on the service and project size. Revisions refine the approved direction within the agreed brief.
Source files are provided only when they are listed in the scope. Export formats and source-file delivery are confirmed before production begins.
A delivery date is confirmed after scope, availability, payment and client dependencies are clear. Delayed assets or feedback may move the schedule.
